Sunset Valley and Westgate are small neighborhoods bounded on one side by MoPac and Hwy. 71. The vibe is friendly and the neighborhood is populated by young families. Local shopping has everything needed for resident satisfaction but there is plenty of green space. The population here is an eclectic mix of ethnicities and marital status. Houses tend to be smaller and built from the 1950s - 1980s. This is a great spot for the young professional with plenty of opportunities to rent and be in a well-connected community.
